Name of the Society: The name of the society shall be
Prerana Trust, Aurangabad.
The Registered office of the society will be Prerana Trust, Aurangabad. Ladies Club Building, Near Rangin Gate, Aurangabad.
The aims and objects of the society are to undertake rehabilitation and welfare programs for the physically handicapped.
1) By arranging diagnostic Camps, Immunization programs, Health education, Campaign etc for prevention of Physical disabilities.
2) By arranging/giving assistance to the deserving physically handicapped to secure articles like crutches, hearing aids, Braille watches, artificial limbs etc.
3) By providing educational facilities to the physically handicapped by initiating sponsorship programs and providing special scholarships and conveyance facilities for them.
4) By initiating and participating in all national and international efforts to provide disabled persons with proper assistance for care, guidance and training to make available opportunities for suitable work and to ensure their full integration in society.
6) By educating and informing the rights of disabled person in all walks of life and giving wide publicity through all recognized media to the potentials of the handicapped for work and employment.
7) By starting training-cum-production centre for providing congenial remunerative work for handicapped.
8) By securing job work for the handicapped from industries or institutions.
9) By arranging get-together programs, like Rallies, Sports etc at least once in a year.

Coinciding with the year 1981 International Year for Handicaps Prerana Trust a Voluntary Organization was established it is a registered Organization with Charity Commissioner. Aurangabad (Maharashtra State) vide Regd.No.827 Right from the inception, the motto had been to train the physically Challenged person so as to make then totally self-reliant. From 1982 the trainees are able to earn through their job works allotted which deal with the preparation of chalk stick, Files of different sizes and Pads.
